Plan Preparation

• To prepare regional plans and functions plans in accordance with overall mandate
• To enable states to prepare sub-regional plans
• To help states implement the hierarchy of plans through development of appropriate projects
• To participate in the financing process of bankable projects developed above
• To monitor and review implementation of hierarchy of plans,
• Several other aspects concerned with the proper development of the NCR Region
